Please inform us when booking. We require adherence to our pet policy and charge a small additional cleaning fee. Our concierge can assist with local pet services to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your furry friend.
Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?
We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort at Alnwick Luxury Holiday Lets. A nominal cleaning fee is applied to each booking to ensure your apartment is pristine upon arrival. Rest assured, there are no hidden costs. Any extra services, like pet accommodation, will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Our goal is to maintain transparency and provide exceptional value, keeping your stay worry-free and enjoyable.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Flexible Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than14 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

Last-Minute Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of your arrival date are non-refundable.
